Mayor Lindstrom presented certificates of appreciation to three of our dedicated volunteer firefighters at last Wednesday’s Council meeting. Deputy Chief James Cochran was recognized for 25 years of service, Lieutenant Ian Balcombe for 30 years and Firefighter Fernando Silva for his 25 years. That’s a ton of commitment to Fraser Lake Fire Rescue and the residents of our community. Thank you !

Village of Fraser Lake

February 13, 2015

Village of Fraser Lake Director of Finance Elizabeth Litke has been appointed interim Director of Corporate Administrative Services by Mayor and Council. Current CAO Clinton Mauthe provided his resignation to Mayor and Council last week following several years of service to the community.

"Clinton has been a valued employee and helped move forward many key projects in the community during the last several years," said Mayor Dwayne Lindstrom. "Council would like to thank him for his dedicated service to Fraser Lake, and wish him and his family all the best in their future endeavors."

Mayor and Council will begin the search for a new CAO immediately, and hope to have the position filled this spring.
