The National Day of Mourning is observed in Canada on April 28th.  It commemorates workers who have been killed, injured or suffered illness due to workplace related hazards and incidents.  The ceremony will be held at White Swan Park.

All classes are held at Autumn Services.  Drop in rate is $10.  Once a week sessions are $45 for six weeks.  Classes are multi-level; beginners, intermediate or advanced can participate safely.  Classes are 75 minutes in length, including warm-up, breath work, main routine and cool down and relaxation.  Contact Jan for more information 250-699-6458.
