Let's Make Pasta!
We're excited to announce another cooking class!
This time, we're getting into one of our favourites — homemade gnocchi and sauces made from scratch.
We'll be rolling up our sleeves and learning how to make soft, pillowy gnocchi, along with two delicious sauces:
- Classic Tomato Sauce – Simple, rich, and full of flavour.
- Alfredo Sauce – Creamy, comforting, and made from scratch.
We'll also be doing a fresh pasta demonstration, showing you how to make pasta dough from scratch and turn it into beautiful homemade pasta.
Whether you're comfortable in the kitchen or just looking to learn something new, this class is all about good food, learning a few new skills, and having some fun along the way.
