Dear Residents,
This notice is to inform you of upcoming construction activities in your neighbourhood. Residents should expect construction activity along Tunasa Drive. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible to avoid active work areas and help reduce traffic congestion. We appreciate your patience as this work progresses. The following activities are scheduled for this week:
- Complete Tunasa Drive subgrade excavation on the east end of Tunasa Drive.
- Placing 3" road base gravels on Tunasa Drive.
- Starting curb preparation along Tunasa Drive.
Long Weekend Notice:
Work will pause from July 31st to August 3rd. Crews will return to work on August 4th. For your safety when walking near active work zones, remain alert and do not enter or pass through a work area unless directed to do so by a member of the construction crew. Please also note the following:
- As part of our ongoing road construction work, water is being used for placing and
compacting the 3" road base. - To help conserve water, roadway watering will be
limited to essential applications throughout the day. - Please leave any grade stakes found along the roadways, as these are crucial for finishing the project.
