Pursuant to the provisions of Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Village of Fraser Lake proposes to dispose of an interest in lands to the Stellat’en First Nation.
The following lands will be sold to the Stellat’en First Nation fee-simple:

The sale and assignment will be completed on or before August 31, 2025.
The Approval of the Electors to dispose of the park on BCP43911 was sought and confirmed by the Village of Fraser Lake Council on April 9, 2025 through Bylaw 865, Parkland Zoning Amendment 2025.
The Stellat’en First Nation is planning for significant, comprehensive commercial development on these lands.
