Dear Resident,
This notice is to inform you of the next phase of construction in your neighborhood. Starting
Tuesday, work is continuing on Tunasa Crescent and Tunasa Drive with water service connections.
This work is expected to continue until mid October.
This week, the following activities are scheduled:
- Water service connections to houses along Tunasa Crescent and Tunasa Drive will be
continuing. - During water service connections, residents will have short water disruptions during the
connection, which we will communicate by knocking on doors and giving 30-minute
warnings.
Due to unforeseen circumstances and challenges with back+ll material, the following scope of work
will be postposed until 2026. More details will be provided in the coming weeks regarding
winterization of the project.
- Completion of storm including catch basins and lawn drains
- Road subgrade excavation and graveling
- Curbs and sidewalks
- Asphalt paving
Please note that driveway access may be temporarily restricted while work is underway. Our
Community Liaison, Nichole, will notify affected residents in advance. If you have any questions
regarding the road closures, kindly contact Nichole at 778-694-2117.
For your safety, stay well clear of the worksite and all equipment at all times. Do not approach or
enter the active construction zone. The road behind Mouse Mountain Elementary School is being used as a haul route for material. Please avoid this area during working hours Monday to Saturday 7am-5pm. If you need to pass near the active construction zone, please ask Nichole or another liaison for assistance.
Please avoid touching any valves or pressure test trees as they can be harmful when played with.
Continue placing garbage bins curbside as usual—our Dawson team will ensure they remain
accessible for collection. Garbage cans should be out Tuesday night or before 7am on Wednesday morning.

Back to School: Parents, to help keep everyone safe, please advise your children to stay away from construction equipment on their way to and from school. Consider planning alternate routes that avoid active construction sites.
