Construction crews will continue utility upgrades in the Tunasa Drive and Tunasa Crescent area this week as work progresses on the community infrastructure improvements.
Drainage works on the project are nearing completion, and crews will soon begin preparing for the next phase of construction, which includes building the road grade and placing gravel. As a
result, you will see an increased presence of gravel truck traffic in the area.
Road excavation and gravel placement will begin on Tunasa Drive at Carrier Crescent. Work will be carried out in approximately 50-metre sections as crews work down the roadway. Time required for each section may vary depending on site conditions, but at this time, we expect it to take about one day per section.
While road grade work is underway, roadways, driveways, and property access in the active work
area may be temporarily hindered; however, our crews will make every effort to accommodate
access and restore driveway access by the end of each work shift.
If you have a moving date scheduled between July and the end of August where you will need
access to your property, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan to ensure
access to your property.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while these infrastructure upgrades are completed.
🗑️ Garbage collection will continue as normal.
